The case study
The problem
The generator was reliable enough, but it announced every outage: the drop, the pause, the start-up, then the drone for the rest of the evening. In a house designed around quiet, it was the loudest thing in it.

What we installed
- Solar array on a steel canopy over the parking court
- Hybrid inverters and a lithium battery bank in a dedicated plant room
- Automatic changeover with grid and generator as fallback
The installation
The canopy structure was set first, then the array mounted and cabled back to the plant room, where the inverter wall and battery bank were built out and commissioned. Cable runs were kept in trunking and the board relabelled so a future engineer can read the system at a glance.

The home now runs 24/7 on solar and storage. The changeover happens in milliseconds and nobody in the house notices it — which was the entire brief.
