Sometimes, but that is rarely the right question. For most commercial sites the economics are strongest when solar and storage carry the working day and the predictable base load, with the grid and a single backup generator covering the extremes. We model that split rather than selling you the largest possible system.
How do you handle a site that's still growing?
We design in phases with headroom — inverter capacity, cable sizing and mounting planned for the eventual system, even when only the first phase is installed. Adding capacity later then costs what it should, rather than requiring a rebuild.
What does the assessment involve for a commercial site?
More than a form. We review your bills and generator logs, look at the load profile across a working week, survey the roof or ground area and the electrical room, then come back with a sized design, a cost, and the payback arithmetic. That work is free and there is no obligation attached to it.
Do you provide monitoring and maintenance contracts?
Yes. Commercial systems are specified with monitoring as standard, and we offer scheduled maintenance covering performance checks, battery health, inverter servicing and cleaning. An unmonitored commercial array quietly under-performs for months before anyone notices.
